Refund Policy

Animated eCards

The nature and degree of customisation available for each eCard is specified on the website and confirmed after purchase. If a purchase was made accidentally, or due to a misunderstanding of the scope of the customisation possibilities, then a full refund will be issued.

Due to the nature of the product, no refunds are available after the first animation draft has been produced.
